Dizzy Birds

We have run two free community one-day workshops, the first in tranquil Tarset and second in bustling Newcastle.  These were preliminary taster sessions for a bigger project, the Spiral Project, which we hope to roll out nationwide someday as a community event.

We couldn’t have captured the days’ activities without the help of our dear friend, Lou Hepworth who juggled a one-month-old baby and her camera (we’re not sure which was bigger!).  Find her at Northern Wilds.  She’s a fantastic photographer, but also runs this excellent site specialising in foraging courses and events – great fun! Their Wild Food Wagon can even cater at events!
