Terms & Conditions
All of our prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
At ‘Dizzy Birds’ we accept all major debit/credit cards through our secure payment processing partners PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase. No card details are held by us or by our website. Please contact us if you would prefer to make a bank transfer. Please note that we are unable to send out an order until payment has been received and cleared.
An order cancellation may be made at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that most orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Please notify us via email should you wish to cancel your order, quoting your reference number, name and address. Please note this does not apply to any bespoke/commissioned items.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES
FREE P&P on all items.
If you live outside the UK or would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us via email with details and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.
‘In stock’ items are normally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days once the funds have cleared. We use a delivery courier for most items. All items are insured and therefore require a signature upon arrival. In the event of you being unavailable to receive your order, a card will be put through your door with instructions of what to do next. Please be aware that the delivery courier will only hold undelivered items for one week before returning them to us. Proof of delivery will be retained for each dispatch. Please note that bespoke/commissioned items are not subject to the same delivery conditions.
NON DELIVERED GOODS
If your order has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a re-dispatch time. All re-delivered items require a signature on receipt. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if you did not arrange a re-delivery on receipt of a card from the courier. We cannot be held responsible for problems incurred by inaccurate delivery information being supplied.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return it to ‘Dizzy Birds’ within seven days of receipt of your purchase date and we will provide a full refund. All goods must be returned in the same excellent condition as sent out and must include all original packaging. You will be required to pay for the return postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed faulty. You must let us know you are returning an item before you send the item back. Once we have received your returned item(s) you will be given a full refund via the payment method of your original purchase. Please note this does not apply to any bespoke/commissioned items. When you make a purchase we need to collect certain information to enable us to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for any purpose.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
‘Dizzy Birds’ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
